Summary:

A goldfish princess is forbidden to see the surface world. She encounters a young boy named Sosuke who gives her the name Ponyo. Ponyo wants to become a human. The longer she is friends with Sosuke, the more humanlike she becomes. Ponyo’s father brings her back to the ocean, but her wish to become human is so strong and true that she breaks free. Little did she know that this would endanger Sosuke’s village.

Opinion:

Lovely movie about friendship.
